Here are the results of our fall 2009 Garlic planting.
We harvested these beauties about a month ago now. They've been laid out to dry in this rabbit cage top. And boy are they tasty good yummy!
There's a huge sense of accomplishment and pride when I can go down to the basement to pick and item we've grown and then enjoy it an a fresh cooked meal.
I have every intention on planting more garlic in the fall, as it's just too easy to grow. However, after picking these bad boys I planted (6) Brandywine tomato plants in their place. First time trying this variety.
