It's Was A Double-Yolker and SO Good!

I'm happy to report that the monsta egg I posted about in "What a Monster Egg" back on August 5, turned out to be a double-yolker and it was delicious too!

Always a nice surprise, however, I'm not too sure the hen that laid it would agree...
