What is this mess??
This is a small area near a storm drain that holds water (a virtual mosquito breeding pool).Perhaps, due to the lack of rain and the 90 degree day we had on the day of photo, this area had a lovely coating of yucky foam stuff floating on top.The frog didn't seem to be bothered by it but then again the frog had three eyes and was as big as a soccer ball...
