I am new to the sushi thing, so still working on figuring it all out, e.g. cooked vs raw, what's what, soy sauce vs wasabi, fork vs chopsticks, etc. However, I'm finding that the more I eat and try, the more I'm enjoy it!
I've missed a lot of really good food over the years. In hindsight and with my blinders off I wish I wasn't SO fussy but now enjoying making up for it.
