A Classic Comfort Food It Was!


I made a savory French onion meatloaf this past Sunday that was delicious!

Enough for leftover diners on Monday and Tuesday, as well as freezing a couple pieces to enjoy later.

Unfortunately, no after cooking pictures, as I was too quick to dig in and start eating but you'll need to trust me when I say it looked just as good as it tasted!
