More Yummy Beef Stews!

A couple more crockpot adventures I made the past couple of weeks!

A couple beef based and both with the same litany of fresh veggies, and one pork loin.  However, I used different sauces to marinate the meat and cook the concoction in!

A honey bourbon sauce - 

A sesame ginger sauce -

A teriyaki -

All three were delicious!

A Hearty Meal

With fall upon us, nights are getting cold, which is an excellent time to break out the crock pot!

First diner made, a crock pot of delicious chili!

Oh boy, SO good!  It hit the spot, and was diner for a couple nights, then I froze the remaining for a quick meal down the road.

Next up is a new pork loin recipe I picked up last week when in Chicago.  Stay tuned...  

Organic and Home Grown!

 

JoAnne is gearing up to make sauce and meatballs this afternoon - crock pot style!

 

The wonderful thing is that the ingredients almost all come from our garden, YUMMIE!!
