I made a chicken casserole the other night. Loaded with fresh chicken and mushrooms. I even added a heaping cup of crushed Lay's potato chips to the top, just under the cheese.
Yeah, the cheese and the chips not the healthiest but oh so good!
The real problem I have with making this is that I will eat all this in like three meals. It just doesn't last. I lack portion controls and self (eating) controls.
