Confused Robins I Think

Here are four Robins sitting in one of our ice covered Maple trees. I was always under the impression that Robins were Spring-type birds, and they'd arrive when the weather was on the upswing but clearly that's not the case. However, if it is someone should let these dudes know.



Now, same tree a couple days after the above picture was taken. The cool thing about this picture is that there are two Robins, one Cardinal and a Blue Bird! Yup, there's been about six to eight Blue Birds hanging around. They're one of my favorites and welcome to stay as long as they'd like.
