I've been on a rice kick lately; Jasmine rice!
I typically make enough for a couple of meals, so easy too.

Sesame chicken, broccoli and rice -
Chinese Ah-So sauce pork spareribs and Ah-So flavored rice, OMG -
Lemon pepper cod and shrimp and Ah-So flavored rice -
