What’s the deal with SO many of these East Tennessee drivers and their refusal or perhaps it’s their inability to use said blinkahs?
I realize that like one out of every five vehicles has a handicap license tags here in Tennessee -
However, I find it had to believe that you can get a handicap tag for the inability to have the basic common curtesy to signal the vehicle’s behind you that you’re making a turn!
