Ever notice how, when you’re cooking pasta, you stab and stab and STAB, trying to harpoon a single piece with your fork to test if it’s done? Ziti in my case this afternoon. And for the life of you, every single stab comes up empty.
BUT… once it’s plated and you’re digging in, you inevitably harpoon one or two pieces too many, and suddenly you CANNOT get those little fuckers off your fork! 😩😂
